It's October, which can only mean one thing: Halloween! and with the Halloween season comes tricks, treats, candy, and, of course, costume contests! but here at SEA LIFE Minnesota we are running our costume contest a little differently than most... we want you to submit photos of your pet dressed up in their favorite Halloween costume!
